For estate attorneys and personal representatives
Distribution of tangible personal property often involves multiple beneficiaries in multiple states. Under Florida law, unless the will provides otherwise, the personal representative pays the reasonable expenses of storage, insurance, packing, and delivery of tangible personal property to a beneficiary as an expense of administration (Fla.
