Step 1: Call us or request a quote
Call (561) 290-5616 or fill out the quote request form. Tell us a little about your situation, whether a parent is moving into assisted living, downsizing, or has passed away, and what you'd like to ship. Rough details are fine at this stage.
Step 2: A no-cost meeting
We come to you to discuss what you want done and how we would help do it. This is when we look at the items, learn who is receiving what, and talk through any deadlines, building rules, or special concerns. If you live out of state, let us know; see our guide for out-of-state families.
Step 3: Your personalized quote
Every shipment is different, so we provide a personalized quote for the cost of securely packing and safely shipping your items. Your quote is based on:
- The items: what they are, how many, and their size and weight.
- Packing requirements: fragile, valuable, or oddly shaped items need more care.
- Pickup and delivery needs: access at the pickup location and delivery at each destination.
- Destinations: how many there are and where they are, nationwide or worldwide.
Step 4: Pickup and sorting
Once you're ready, we pick up the items. When items are going to several people, we sort them by recipient so each person's share stays together. Read more about shipping to multiple heirs.
Step 5: Careful packing
Each item is packed for what it is and how far it's going, whether that's a box of photos, a set of china, an antique or painting, or a dining room set.
Step 6: Shipping and delivery
We ship your items and arrange delivery to each home. We specialize in white glove service.
How to make the process easier
- Make a simple list: item, recipient, destination address.
- Take photos of larger or valuable items.
- Note any deadlines, such as a closing, lease end, or move-in date.
- Gather access details, such as who has keys, gate codes, and condo or facility rules.
- Identify who is authorizing the work, especially for an estate.
Ready to start?
Most families tell us the hardest part is making the first call. You don't need everything figured out. Call (561) 290-5616, and we'll help you sort out the rest.
Who we work with along the way
Many projects involve more than one person: siblings in different states, an executor, an estate attorney, a real estate agent, or a senior move manager. We're used to working with all of them. Just tell us who is authorizing the work and who we should keep in the loop, and we'll take it from there. Professionals can learn more on our page for professionals.
